Membership, Cancellation and Refund policy

Membership
​
By contracting a subscription, you automatically accpet the terms and conditions of the TheChampenois.
​
The contract subscription should be pay in integrality, either in splitt payment or in full upfront payment
​
Cancellation
​
You may cancel your Membership through the settings in your account. Please be aware that, as of today, there are no automatic renewal of the subscription.
​
Please also note that the memebership is non refundable, even if you decide to split the payment.
​
Any specific cancellation request during the membership time (3/6/9 month) should be send to nathan@thechampenois.com.
​
TheChampenois will not refund any months for a month in which the Membership box and contents have already been sent.
​
Broken bottle / refund
​
Although the packaging has been well studies to protect the bottle for any breakage, incident can happen !
If you receive a broken bottle, please send an email to nathan@thechampenois.com with a picure of the broken goods within 24h upon reception of the box and we will arrange a refund or resend of the bottle
